 2   General Management for Shipping
The following has been received from Capt Y Sharma of IMTC:
Dear Capt. Rod Short,
I am pleased to inform you that the Programme “General Management for Shipping” (PGMS) is scheduled to be held at the IIM Ahmedabad from 16th to 22nd August 2015
Previously, the Programme was being conducted by IMTC in collaboration with IIM-A, but now it is being offered directly by IIM-A as one of their sectoral MDP’s. Thus the venue of the Programme is the IIM-A campus in Ahmedabad. A cover letter is attached. A Programme Brochure can be obtained from Capt Sharma's office.
As co-chair of the Programme along with Prof. G. Raghuram, I would kindly request that the information about the Programme be forwarded to all GlobalMet members, and any other parties that may be interested.
Thanks and Brgds
Capt. Y. Sharma  IMTC

Signals was first published 25 years ago as one of North’s first loss prevention initiatives. Its aim was to highlight legal and commercial developments, and to provide practical advice to Members. The emphasis was always, and remains, squarely on the concerns of the shipowner. Over the years we believe that Signals has achieved this vision and can continue to do so.
