From January 15th to 17th, 2024, the delegation of Vietnam Maritime University (VMU) led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Xuan Duong, President arrived in Japan. In Tokyo, the delegation had a meeting with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT); ClassNK; Japan Transport Cooperation Association (JTCA) and Yusen Logistics Co., Ltd to accomplish the project Logistics Stage 3 proposal of Cold Chain.

In addition, VMU’s delegation had working session with other shipmanagement companies such as Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Co., Ltd; MOL Shipmanagement Co., Ltd; NS United Kaiun Kaisha, Ltd… to discuss about the orientation regarding maritime training and crew manning in the future.
