 (1) Overview:

The Master of Investment and Construction Project Management is a 2-year accelerated postgraduate degree that will prepare you for career advancement that drives solutions to current and future challenges in the construction industry.

Through advanced disciplinary courses and a research project, you will dive into modern management methodologies. You will apply them to achieve successful project outcomes across time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability, preparing to manage projects that benefit people and society.

(2) Program Objectives:

This masters in Investment and Construction Project Management post graduate degree offers a well-balanced blend of theory and practice which prepares the student for work as a project manager in the construction industry. Students will learn about the newest and most efficient techniques in project management and understand topics related to project appraisal and finance, production management, project risk management, procurement strategies,…

Practical experience is at the core of this degree. Students’ll learn alongside a community of students and experts in architecture, design, and planning -mirroring real industry relationships with stakeholders. In the final term, the student’ll complete a research-based or professional project, or undertake professional experience, giving the portfolio, research experience, confidence and connections to advance your career.
